OTOFLY is committed to bringing products to everyone. We deliver to most countries in the world with reliable international and domestic couriers to ensure that your package gets to you safely and on time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and then dispatched. If the orders are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday they will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that weekends do not count as shipping days.

Free shipping on all orders over $70 USD. Some products and countries/regions do not support express shipping.

Expedited Shipping

Most expedited shipments are shipped by DHL. Packages usually arrive at their destination within 2-4 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact support@otofly.cn.

Shipping Center

All orders will be processed and shipped from the warehouse closest to the destination and based on product availability. We have warehouses in the U.S. and China.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package online.

Things to Note

We are unable to modify the delivery address once your order has been prepared for shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer immediately to make the correction.

If you entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately with your order number and revised shipping address. We will change it for you. If an order needs to be reviewed due to suspected fraud, delivery may be delayed and/or cancelled.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import duties, fees, and/or taxes if required by your country.

About lost package

According to the logistics information if the package is lost or not delivered, please don't be anxious, we will try our best to retrieve the package for you.

1. If it is lost in transit, we will re-ship a new package to you. All costs will be borne by us. 

However, if the package is returned and destroyed due to being stored locally for too long, the customer will be responsible for the loss, and no refund will be issued.

2. If the logistics service provider system shows that the package has been delivered (including placed in the parcel locker, Delivered near the front door or porch, a safe place) and the package is lost, please try the following ways to retrieve the package.

  • Communicate with family members, who may have received it.
  • Contact with the logistics company and ask them the exact location of placement.
  • Check the security camera nearby when the parcel arrived time.

If still not found, please call the police or contact the logistics company to file a claim.
