Thank you for shopping with OTOFLY. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our store. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the delivery of the last item in your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original accessories, parts, tags, manuals, and packaging included. You will also need your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Returns or cancellations that are sent back without first submitting a request may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

Please sign in with the email address used for your order. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation. If your order has been delivered, you may request a return within the eligible return window.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved.

European Union Customers: Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a customer in the European Union, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days from the delivery of the last item in your order.

You do not need to give a reason to exercise your right of withdrawal. To submit a withdrawal, return, or eligible cancellation request, please use our customer account portal:

After you notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must send the items back to us within 14 days from the date you submitted your withdrawal request.

Items must be returned in a condition that allows us to inspect and process the return. You may be responsible for any reduced value of the items if they have been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by a legal requirement, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any related return shipping fees.

For approved returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.

If your return package is held at customs, delayed, lost, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, incorrect documentation, or other return shipping issues, you may be responsible for resolving the issue and any related costs.

If your return request is approved, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. Please note, that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@otofly.cn with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once we confirm the issue, we will help make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, return, refund, or another suitable solution.

Compatibility Issues

Please check your device model carefully before placing an order. Many phone models, case sizes, and accessory versions look similar but are not interchangeable.

For non-EU customers, returns due to a change of mind or compatibility issues may only be accepted if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

For EU customers, this does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, unless required by applicable law. These may include:

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing original parts or packaging
Final sale or clearance items, where clearly marked and permitted by law
Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products or variants.

The fastest way to get the product you want is to request a return for the item you received. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

For EU right of withdrawal returns, we will refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost paid at checkout, where applicable. If you selected a more expensive non-standard shipping method, such as express shipping, the additional shipping cost may not be refunded.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you provide valid proof that the items have been sent back.
