Warranty Policy
All our OTOFLY products are included in our 12-month warranty. This also includes any items damaged during transportation/delivery. Please read the following to learn more about what is covered, and scroll down to the bottom of this page to learn how to get in touch.
What OTOFLY warranty covers:
- Items damaged during shipping (must contact us within 7 days of delivery date to be applicable)
- Manufacturing defects
- Non-cosmetic fitment issues that hinder the performance of your product and its ability to protect your phone
What is not covered:
- Items purchased via 3rd party
- iPhone clear case - Minor scratches and natural yellowing are normal daily wear and tear.
- Replacement product
- Intentional modifications
- Loss or theft of product
- Third-party purchases are not covered by the OTOFLY warranty
Any case subject to warranty may only be replaced by the same model that was originally purchased.

- Order number
- Full name on the order
- Email used to submit the order
- Your phone number
- 1-2 photos/videos showing the problem of the product and a brief description of the problem
